The American Flag Football League (AFFL) has announced the core players for its four teams as it gears up for its highly anticipated inaugural season set to kick off on April 27, 2024. Comprising an impressive roster of athletes, many of whom have showcased their talent on the international stage with USA Football’s U.S. Men’s National Team, the league promises a thrilling display of flag football prowess.
Among the standout players unveiled by the AFFL are Velton Brown Jr., whose experience extends from the 2023 U.S. Men’s Flag National Team to the fields of Minor League Football with the Orlando Phantoms. Terrance Bunting, a versatile player with experience in the Canadian Football League (CFL) for the Ottawa Renegades, adds depth to the roster. Laval Davis, Darrell “Housh” Doucette, Eric Holliday, Shaquille “Shaq” James, Bruce Mapp, Brandon McCray, Laderrick “Pablo” Smith, Frankie Solomon, Corey Webb, and Jerodis Williams are among the other notable players set to grace the AFFL stage.
